XTD Steel Structure is looking for a Sales Agent in Brazil to support our business development and customer relationships in the Brazilian market.
The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales and understands the local construction, steel structure, industrial building, or related sectors. You will work closely with our international sales and technical teams to identify new business opportunities and connect Brazilian customers with XTD Steel Structure’s engineering and manufacturing capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop new customer and project opportunities in the Brazilian market.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, industrial companies, engineering firms, and other potential clients.
- Introduce XTD Steel Structure’s products, manufacturing capabilities, and project solutions to prospective customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and support communication during quotation and project discussions.
- Assist with commercial negotiations and coordinate with XTD Steel Structure’s international sales team.
- Collect local market information, customer feedback, and potential project leads.
- Represent the company professionally when communicating with customers and business partners in Brazil.
Requirements
- Based in Brazil.
- Fluent in Portuguese.
- Working proficiency in English is preferred.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Experience in steel structures, construction, industrial buildings, engineering, building materials, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently and maintain regular communication with the XTD Steel Structure team.
- Familiarity with the Brazilian construction and industrial market is an advantage.
